Hot Eggnog ingredients:

Egg (1 / 3.0 cl)

Salt (Pinch of / pinch of)

Sugar (1 tbs. / 3.0 cl)

Hot Milk (1 cup / 24.0 cl)

Brandy (3 oz. / 6.0 cl)

Nutmeg (Ground) (Pinch / pinch)

Irish Coffee Cup

 
 

Hot Eggnog recipe:

 

Place egg and salt in a mixing bowl and beat until egg is thick; add sugar and beat until blended. Add hot milk and brandy, mix well by hand or in a blender, and pour into a warmed mug that has been rinsed in hot water. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
